How much notice do you need?

Standard cakes need 48 hours. Sculpted theme cakes need 72 hours, and more during festive weeks. If your date is sooner, message us anyway — sometimes there's a slot.

Do you make eggless cakes?

Yes, every single recipe. Eggless is a tested version of the same cake, not a substitute, and it doesn't cost extra.

Where do you deliver?

Across Gurugram: DLF Phase 1–5, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Ext. Road, Sohna Road, Sushant Lok, Sectors 40–57, New Gurugram (Sectors 76–95). South Delhi on request. Delivery is charged by distance and confirmed when you order.

How is the cake priced?

By weight, tier count and how much hand-modelling the design needs. The prices on the site are starting points; sculpted work is quoted individually once we've agreed the design.

Can I send a reference picture?

Please do — it's the single most useful thing you can send. We'll interpret it in our own style rather than copy it exactly, and we'll tell you upfront if something isn't structurally possible.

How should I store it?

Refrigerate on arrival and bring it out 30–45 minutes before serving. Buttercream needs that time to soften. Brownies and cookies keep at room temperature for about four days.

Do you handle allergies?

Tell us before you order and we'll say honestly whether we can accommodate it. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 72 hours before delivery. Inside 72 hours the advance is non-refundable, because ingredients are bought and the slot is held.
